Since 1999 Mr. Tolkachev serves for Aton Investment Company in Moscow Russia. Currently - Director of Capital Markets Department. From 1991 to 1999 Mr. Tolkachev served in various managing positions (including Treasury) at MDM Bank Inkombank Inkom Capital Tveruniversalbank. In early 90s he also held a position of a Director at TIRAbrok Company a commodity house in Moscow. Mr. Tolkachev graduated with Honors from the High Military School in Kiev USSR in 1989. He is currently graduating from the Academy of National Economy Moscow Law faculty. |
