Ms. Christopher is responsible for managing utility-based customer support activities for Sterling Planet. She oversees Sterling Planet s customer care department and has overall responsibility for hiring, training and managing customer service representatives. Ms. Christopher s department provides customers with a full range of customer care support, including general information requests, enrollments and account management. Additional roles include electronic data transaction processing, testing, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) and first-tier operational troubleshooting, as well as issuing residential and small business customers welcome kits and ongoing customer care activities. |
