Valeria Cometto concentrates her practice in employment litigation representing management. Her practice encompasses all areas relating to the counseling, training and representation of management clients in federal and state courts, as well as before state and local agencies. She also drafts and reviews employment policies, employment contracts and employee handbooks.
She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association.
During law school, Valeria was a Moot Court Executive Board member and served as Articles Editor for the Wake Forest Intellectual Property Law Journal. Valeria also clerked for the Honorable P. Michael Duffy in the Federal District of South Carolina after her first year of law school.
