Valarie McInroy is staff counsel in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in its Silicon Valley office. She is a member of the Firm's Tax Department.
Prior to joining the Firm, Valarie acted as of counsel in a California law firm. Her experience includes tax-related projects such as international restructurings, spin-offs, intercompany agreements and domestications, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Formerly, Valarie served as general counsel of a software company.
Valarie is also a member of the state bar of California.
