Ulf Kasshag joined StreamServe as chief financial officer in 2000. Mr. Kasshag also has been employed by StreamServe AB as its finance director since December 1999. Prior to StreamServe, Mr. Kasshag was finance manager and business support controller for the Nordic operations of Electronic Data Systems (EDS). From 1995 to 1998 Mr. Kasshag served as director of corporate audit for EDS Europe, Middle-East, and Africa, where he managed two financial audit groups and one operational audit group. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Kasshag served as the European Finance Director for Borland International, Inc., where he oversaw all financial, administrative, and operational issues for Borland's European subsidiaries. Mr. Kasshag holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Stockholm and a degree in technology from the Rinman School of Technology in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
