Mr. Uday Bellary brings to Atrica a rich experience of over 20 years in Finance, Operations, Wall Street, Fund Raising (public and private), Mergers and Acquisitions and other related fields. Before joining Atrica, Uday served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Metro-OptiX, Inc., a privately-held optical networking company that was acquired by Xtera Communications in 2003. Prior to that, Uday served as Vice President of Finance and CFO at MMC Networks, Inc. where he took the Company through its initial public offering in 1997. Uday also lead his previous company, DTM Corporation, through its initial public offering where he served as Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO. Uday also spent over six years with Cirrus Logic as Director of Finance and in various positions at Intel Corporation and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Uday is a Chartered Accountant, CPA and holds a B.S. degree in Finance and a DMA (MBA) degree. |
