Tysen is responsible for the leasing and marketing of the properties in the REDICO portfolio, and more broadly for ensuring that REDICO remains top-of-mind as a partner of choice in the brokerage and corporate tenant communities. Tysen's leasing role requires detailed financial modeling and deal structuring in combination with direct client interaction to ensure that the customer's real estate needs are optimally fulfilled. In addition, his diverse knowledge and front-line daily experience make Tysen a valuable member of the Executive Team in analyzing potential acquisitions and market situations.
