Tyler Wall is responsible for all aspects of the company's legal department functions, practices, and policies. His executive experience includes a focus on technology licensing and distribution agreements; mergers and acquisitions; financing; commercial transactions and agreements; domestic and international corporate affairs; and public company reporting. Prior to Brocade, Wall served at Chordiant Software, Inc. as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Before that, he worked at Oracle Corporation as Corporate Counsel for the Commercial Licensing and Distribution group in Oracle's Legal department. Wall has a BS in Economics from the University of Utah, a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law, and an MBA from Santa Clara University School of Business. |
