Trung is currently a Managing Director of V-Home Group, an investment company focusing on opportunities in Vietnam. Trung serves on the board of DiCentral, BlueKey Services, Fogbreak Software. Earlier, Trung was the founder, Chief Technology Officer of OnDisplay, a provider of Business-to-Business Integration Software. Trung helped grow OnDisplay from a product concept to an enterprise software company that was one of the ten most successful IPOs of 1999 and was ultimately acquired by Vignette Corporation in 2000 for $1.8 billion. In 2005, Trung was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve on the board of the Vietnam Education Foundation. Trung has completed postgraduate work in Computer Science at Boston University and holds Bachelor Degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts.
