W. Troy MacMane is Regional Director of First Industrial Realty Trust’s Houston portfolio, where he oversees acquisitions, dispositions, developments, build-to-suits, asset management and lease negotiations. Previously he was Regional Manager for First Industrial's Houston region. Troy has more than thirteen years experience in industrial real estate. Prior to joining First Industrial, Troy was a Senior Associate at the Trammell Crow Company in Austin, TX, where he was involved in leasing, development and investment sales. Troy began his career as a Tenant Representative at CB Commercial in Houston, where he rose to become a Senior Associate during his six years at the firm. Mr. MacMane's professional affiliations include the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. MacMane graduated from University Of Texas at Austin in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.r of Arts degree. |
