As Chief Investment Officer, Troy implements Eola Capital Properties' investment strategy by integrating acquisitions, financing, asset management, investor relations, and dispositions. Prior to joining the company, Troy acted as the Director of Acquisitions-Florida for Highwood Properties, Inc., the Vice President of Associated Capital Properties, Inc., and an associate at Prudential Realty Group and Gumberg Asset Management. He earned his B.A. in Finance from Wofford College and is licensed as both a real estate broker and a mortgage broker. |
