Troy McQuagge was named President - Self Employed Agency Division effective May 1, 2004. Effective November 1, 2004, Mr. McQuagge was named President of the Agency Marketing Group, which consists of the Self Employed Agency Division and the HealthMarkets Small Group Division. Effective September 2005, Mr. McQuagge was named Chairman of the Board of UGA - Association Field Services and Chairman of the Board of Cornerstone America. Mr. McQuagge currently serves as Executive Vice President of The MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company, Mid-West National Life Insurance Company of Tennessee based in Texas and The Chesapeake Life Insurance Company. Mr. McQuagge joined the Student Insurance Division of HealthMarkets (then UICI) in 1995 as an International Account Executive. Mr. McQuagge moved to the Company's Self-Employed Agency Division in 1996 and in 1997 was named President of UGA - Association Field Services (a division of The MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company). Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McQuagge served as an agency manager with Allstate Insurance Company. Mr. McQuagge received a B.A. in Legal Studies in 1983 from the University of Central Florida. |
