Trevor M. Turbidy has been a director of the Company since December 2005. Mr. Turbidy has served as the President Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Trico Marine Services Inc. ("TRICO") since August of 2005. He had served as Trico's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 2003. From November 2000 until May 2002 Mr. Turbidy was a director in the Investment Banking Department of Credit Suisse First Boston. From 1991 until November 2000 Mr. Turbidy held various positions leading up to being Director in the Investment Banking Department of Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette.
Mr. Turbidy is a member of the Compensation and Audit Committees of the Board of Directors. |
