Travis is a Director in the Real Estate Section of Coats Rose. He graduated cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center and brings several years of experience to his practice. He was born in Columbus, Ohio in 1974, and grew up in Lubbock, Texas. Practice Emphasis Travis' work is concentrated primarily in the corporate and commercial real estate area, including representing numerous real estate developers in connection with the development of all types of commercial and residential projects including office buildings, condominium properties, shopping center developments and master planned communities. Travis also represents numerous clients with respect to acquisitions, sales, leases, construction and permanent financings. His corporate work focuses primarily on the formation of commercial entities, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies and representing such entities on an ongoing basis. In 2006, Travis was named as a Texas Rising Star in Texas Monthly Magazine. |
