Travis Foust focuses his practice on employment litigation representing management. His practice encompasses all areas relating to the counseling, training and representation of management clients in federal and state courts, as well as before state and local agencies. Travis drafts and reviews employment policies, employment contracts, and employee handbooks.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before all Georgia courts. Travis is also a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Atlanta chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
During law school Travis served as a Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review.
