Tracy Robinson joined Canadian Pacific Railway in 1986 as a Sales Representative in Regina, Saskatchewan after completing her Bachelor of Commerce (Business) degree from the University of Saskatchewan (1986). She also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania (1998).
Tracy moved through various marketing and asset management positions in Calgary, Vancouver and Edmonton before moving to Montreal in 1994 to accept a developmental role as Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer. She moved to Calgary in 1996 to continue her railway experience in Service Design and Business Performance and two years later moved into the role of General Manager, Operations for the Customer Service Team. She moved into the Assistant Vice-President, Customer Services in 2003 and in July 2004 Tracy assumed the role of Assistant Comptroller in CPR's Finance organization.
In November 2005 Tracy moved into the Assistant Treasurer's position and was appointed Vice President and Treasurer effective January 1, 2006.
