Tracy M. Bristol is a certified public accountant with a degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. She practiced public accounting as an undergraduate and has remained in practice ever since. Bristol is currently the president of the Optimist Club of El Paso and is the first female president in this organization's 66-year history. Bristol was born in Freeport, Illinois. She migrated to the southwest in 1985. |
