Tracie is a CPA (inactive certificate holder) with over 15 years of experience serving in both public accounting and private industry. Before joining Southwest, Tracie served a dual role as Director of Financial Reporting and Consultant at Hudson and Lakes Entertainment, Inc. Ms. Wilson also acted as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for Netco Communications Corp, where she was involved in financial management, capital restructuring, and compliance, and was an active member of the Board of Directors. She has broad-based experience including SEC financial reporting and disclosure requirements both in public accounting (10 ½ years) and private industry (5 ½ years). Tracie served as Senior Assurance Manager for Grant Thornton LLP in the mid-to-late 1990’s and as Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP. She attended the University of North Dakota and University of Colorado from which she received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
