For over 10 years, I have been working with ARC Staffing as an in-house Recruiter Coach for our Staff Recruiters. During this time, my job has been to help our staff increase their productivity, reduce stress, and manage their priorities so that they could accomplish more and still have time for other important things in their lives. My husband and I have always realized that coaching would also be a valuable service to offer both our clients and candidates.
