Tony also worked as a Senior Software Architect at HP, where he was responsible for, amongst other things, the design of a unique, user-friendly "shell," an application layer that sits between beginning PC users and the operating system. This application made it easier for novices to find information and do basic computer functions, as well as establishing HP as a major player in the consumer PC market. |
