Tony DiPaolo is the Chief Financial Officer for Incentra Solutions. Tony brings more than 25 years of domestic and international experience in senior financial and operational management of both public corporations and service and technology start-up companies. Prior to joining Incentra DiPaolo seeded and co-founded in 2003 a company engaged in development and commercializing of wireless technology for cable networks. While there he led the establishment of operations in North America Europe and Asia and worked with venture funds vendor financing and private equity sources to obtain growth capital. In 2006 operations were sold to a manufacturer of cable networking equipment.
Prior to that DiPaolo had 13 years experience as CFO of two equipment finance companies both of which were public. In that capacity he managed staffs of greater than 150 employees and led or participated in fund raising from both traditional and non-traditional sources of more than $500 million.
DiPaolo is a CPA licensed in the state of Colorado and a former PWC audit manager. |
