Tony G. Holcombe became president and CEO of Syniverse on January 9 2006. Prior to joining Syniverse Mr. Holcombe served as president of Emdeon Corp. formerly WebMD and president of Emdeon Business Services. Additionally he has served on the Syniverse board of directors since March 2003. Mr. Holcombe has more than 20 years of executive-level experience in the transaction-processing and technology services industry. He was CEO of Valutec Card Solutions and served in various executive positions at Ceridian Corporation including executive vice president of Ceridian Corporation president of Ceridian Employer Employee Services and president of Comdata. Mr. Holcombe currently serves on the board of directors of TALX Corporation and Valutec Card Solutions. |
