Toni Stafford Vice President of Human Resources Responsible for all phases of human resources, Toni joined Atlas Oil Company in the spring of 2006. With over 20 years of professional experience in human resources and organizational development, Toni brings with her an enthusiasm for putting people first. Toni came to Atlas Oil after working for more than a decade at Employee Health Insurance Management and The Fourmidable Group, where she served as vice president of human resources. Based on her professional expertise in human resource practices, Toni has been published and has received numerous certifications. She has served as an adjunct professor at Central Michigan University and the University of Detroit Mercy. Additionally, Toni has served as a consultant both nationally and internationally. Toni received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oakland University and was awarded a Master’s Degree from Central Michigan University. |
