Mr. Tone Engel has over 16 years of machine vision experience including application development, software vision tools development, system architecture, and product development. He is an expert in taking complex technical problems and providing custom vision solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. He is proficient in all Cognex programmable environments (VisionPro, CVL, etc.) using the latest development environments (multi-threaded applications using C++ & Csupport.html within .NET). Mr. Engel is also an expert in the inspection of Surface Mounted Devices where he holds a patent for the "Method and Apparatus for Inspection of Surface Mounted Devices." Mr. Engel is graduate of Dartmouth College where he earned an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering and a graduate of Brown University where he earned a Master of Science in Computer Science and Applied Math. |
