Tom Vagts, Chief Operating Officer, is a licensed professional engineer and business manager whose professional experience spans 15 years. Prior to joining Stellar Energy Services, Vagts was sales manager for Cummins Power Generation in Fridley, MN, where he oversaw four regional sales managers and five sales engineers, supporting paralleling switchgear and network sales in North and South America. He also served as district sales manager for DTE Energy Technologies in Chanhassen, MN; sales engineer and project engineer for Energy Alternatives in Farmington, MN; and energy engineer for A & C Enercom in Eden Prairie, MN. His education includes a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. Vagts is an innovative thinker and strategic performer, whose unique blend of sales, engineering, and management experience is a tremendous value to Stellar Energy Services and its customers.
