Tom Trocheck is Director of Development for First Industrial Realty Trust’s East region, where he oversees development and construction projects for First Industrial and its corporate partners. He has more than 30 years experience in development, construction, and civil engineering. Previously, Mr. Trocheck was Director of Land Management & Development for Progress Energy, a Fortune 250 corporation based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Development for Trammell Crow Company in Atlanta. He also held the position of Vice President of Development for Duke-Weeks Realty.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Florida State University.
Mr. Trocheck is a registered engineer in (three) states and is on the board of directors of National Association of Office and Industrial Properties’ (NAIOP) Research Triangle Chapter. |
