Tom has over twenty years of software executive leadership and management consulting experience focused on operationalizing strategy, operations and profit improvement. Prior to Domin-8, he was the Executive Vice President of Bluespring Software, a venture-backed software start-up focused on delivering business process management solutions to the telecommunications industry. Before Bluespring, Tom spent eleven years in the management consulting practice of Deloitte & Touche, the last two and a half as a Partner in the Cincinnati practice. Previously, Tom was Deloitte’s National Supply Chain Service Line leader, and a Regional Director. He served as an advisor and consultant on the firm’s largest consulting opportunities and projects, ensuring the successful selling and delivery of services. Tom holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Indiana University. |
