Mr. Tarver has a wealth of experience in healthcare-related businesses and technology management. His experience includes senior management and CIO roles of both start-ups and large publicly traded corporations. His previous experiences include management roles at HCA in IT related systems for OR, Nursing, and patient care, Global management for electronic data interchange for Nortel, and President and CIO for Link2Gov. While at Link2Gov, he oversaw projects including the technology for the Nashville Public Health Bridges-to-Care program, the design and development for the www.Nashville.gov website, securing and building the www.PAY1040 website and IVR system for citizens to pay their IRS taxes electronically. |
