Tom Mullen is a highly-trained information technology business developer and management professional with more than 25 years experience establishing strategic business alliances with major hardware and software vendors within the IT marketplace. As Vice President, Mr. Mullen's strong leadership has significantly expanded CMA's business and increased sales. He has established quality program initiatives and guidelines for corporate recruitment, as well as developed strategic alliances with several major vendors, including Oracle and Microsoft. His leadership has resulted in consulting contracts with the New York State Office of General Services, OGS Design and Construction, New York State Department of Civil Service, Research Foundation of the State University of New York, New York State Department of Health, New York State Office of Mental Health, and New York State Workers' Compensation Board. Mr. Mullen's considerable professional experience includes positions with Computer Task Group, General CAD/CAM, Inc., General Electric, and Western Union.
