Responsibilities: All of phases of software product development for the general retail marketplace. Tom brings over 24 years combined software development and retail experience to his position with the company. Since joining the company in 1993, he has been instrumental in developing and managing many large-scale specialty retail ERP implementations throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Japan and Australia. He has held previous positions in application support, technical support, professional services and previously worked 10 years in a variety of retail environments, including consumer electronics, general retail, and grocery. |
