Tom A. Muckle was born and raised at Sentinel Butte, ND and graduated from Beach High School. Tom spent 20 years in Law Enforcement in eastern Montana until his retirement in 2004. He graduated from Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, CO in December 2006 with a degree in Mortuary Science. Tom became a member of the Stevenson Family in June 2005. Tom and his wife Nona are the proud parents of three sons, two daughters and eight grandchildren. Tom and Nona are active members at Lakeview Baptist Church in Baker. Tom stays actively involved in his community. He is a member of the Baker Volunteer Fire Department, a National Registered EMT-B with the Maramrth, ND Ambulance Service, and has been a Deputy County Coroner since 1986. Tom continues to serve as a Deputy Fallon County Coroner. In December 2006, Tom was appointed Fallon County Rural Fire Chief. Tom is a past board member and vice-president of the Montana Sheriff s and Peace Officers Association. In his spare time, Tom enjoys hunting, fishing, attempting to play golf and traveling with Nona to the Black Hills and Big Horns.
