Tom serves as Senior Director of Operations for Merkle's Interactive Services group and oversees the solution development and production services that support our clients' online marketing programs. With over 15 years experience in marketing strategy and technology, Tom has designed and managed numerous CRM and database marketing solutions across a variety of industries worldwide.
Tom joined Merkle from Epsilon where he served as the Director of Solution Services and led the professional services team responsible for developing customized email marketing solutions for Fortune 1000 clients. Tom has also held senior managerial roles in data warehousing technology and database marketing strategy at Braun Consulting, Carter Marketing Group and MCI.
Tom graduated from Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Maryland with a B.S. in Business and Finance and also holds an MBA from the University of Denver/Daniels College of Business. |
