Tom Maceyka is the Director of Technology Development for Sundyne Corporation at headquarters in Arvada, Colorado. He is responsible for developing new technology and bringing it to market. Tom has been with Sundyne since 1978. He has held various positions in engineering and management for both the pumps and compressors business lines. Most rescently Tom was the Compressors Busienss Unit Manager where he successfully catapulted the acceptance of integrally geared technology and skid packaging in key hydrocarbon processing and industrial markets. As a manager Tom was a key member of the team that led the development of the Pinnacle compressor line. He has participated on the committees for API-610, 614, 617 and 682. Tom is well recognized in the industry for his technical expertise. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Colorado. He also holds a TQM certification from the University of Phoenix. Tom lives in Golden, Colorado and is an avid rock climber.
