Tom has financial, accounting and human resource responsibility at Alebra. He has developed and implemented comprehensive financial systems and controls in past assignments. Tom has also had substantial customer interaction in the areas of field service and specific account support. In two previous roles Tom headed the Finance/IT/Customer Service function, he directed the implementation of completely new hardware and software systems that managed all financial, sales and customer service functions. He also partnered with the internal sales/marketing team and individual customers, where he strengthened external business relationships by streamlining all customer interactions with the division, including pricing, contracting, order fulfillment and ongoing service and support. Tom joined Alebra in 2003 after a career at Medtronic where he held numerous positions supporting accounting, finance, IT, HRD, customer support and field operations in both the US and Europe. Tom holds a BS and MBA from the University of Minnesota. |
