Tom leads Regence health care services division with responsibility for health care and provider network strategy, medical operations, medical management and pharmacy services.
Tom has held leadership positions with Oregon Blue Plans since 1987.
He holds a bachelor's degree in general studies and business administration from Eastern Oregon University. He also holds a master's degree in university student services administration from Oregon State University. Other post-graduate studies include Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Institute for Business Strategy Development; Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, Duke Executive Leadership Forum; and the Center for Creative Leadership and Leadership at the Peak.
