Tom Hills has nearly 25 years of management experience in sales, marketing, and finance across a range of industries including technology, consumer products, aerospace, and healthcare.

Tom has recently been named as President of the newly formed CarePages Foundation. In this role, Tom is creating the non-profit infrastructure to capture donations and proceeds from books published by Eric and Sharon Langshur, as well as the grant process to deploy funds from the foundation in projects that improve the emotional support for patient families in health care. Tom will also identify ways the foundation will promote the cause of emotional support in wellness.

Tom has been with CarePages, Inc. since 2003. Prior to his current role, Tom has served as Interim Vice President of Sales and as Vice President for Marketing and Public Relations for the company. Tom has been instrumental in building an acute care sales force and putting in place sales management processes and reporting for the company. Tom also led the company's initial brand identity efforts, established and managed the company's creative direction, and led the public relations activity.

Before joining CarePages, Tom was Managing Director for financial technology company Wall Street Systems from 2001 until 2003, where he led that company's business unit supplying large financial software systems to Global 100 multi-national corporations. Prior to Wall Street Systems, Tom served in a number of senior management roles at Procter & Gamble including leading the company's investor relations organization. Prior to that, Tom was Chief Financial Officer for P &G's global Snack division. Tom also established a global foreign exchange trading operation for the company, including the creation of trading offices in Belgium, Hong Kong, and Cincinnati and the implementation of Wall Street Systems banking software in a corporate setting.

Tom holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Tom currently serves on the boards of several local service organizations in the Cincinnati area.
