Tom Farley was appointed President & Chief Operating Officer of Canadian Commercial Operations in 2003. Prior to this position Farley was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield Properties' Canadian commercial operations and Senior Vice President Western Canada in addition to various senior management positions at Brookfield Properties and its affiliates. While at Brookfield Properties Tom has been involved with several major acquisitions including the O&Y portfolio the landmark Bankers Hall complex Petro Canada Centre and Fifth Avenue Place in Calgary.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties Tom spent twelve years with Morguard Investments in Calgary and Toronto. He holds a CRF designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada a B.A. from the University of Victoria and has completed the Executive Management Program with the American Management Association. |
