Mr. Fox has direct responsibility for the Company's financial planning and accounting practices. He participates, oversees and directs the accounting, treasury, tax, audit, budget, insurance, M&A, and new business ventures.
Before joining CASTLE Worldwide Inc., he was the Senior Financial Analyst for Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation, the venture capital division of Johnson & Johnson, where he managed the financial reporting, budgets, taxes, and both internal and external audits, and implemented the controls for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He received the Johnson & Johnson Standard of Leadership award for his contributions as a member of the Corporate SAP Leadership Council. Mr. Fox started his career with Amerada Hess Corporation as a staff accounting. During his ten-year tenure, he held positions in the areas of Corporate Accounting, Purchase Accounting, Marketing Financial Controls and Retail Accounting.
Mr. Fox holds a bachelors degree in accounting and finance from Rider College in Lawrenceville, NJ and earned an MBA in finance from St. John's University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
