Todd Slotkin is a former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, a private, diversified holding company with assets in areas including consumer products, security services, biotech, entertainment, and financial services. He is director of a number of MacAndrews & Forbes' investments, including Allied Security and TransTech Pharma. He was a director of California Federal Bank from 1999 until its sale to Citigroup in November 2002. His philanthropic directorships include the Food Allergy Initiative,which he co-founded and currently chairs. Prior to joining MacAndrews & Forbes in 1992, Mr. Slotkin spent over 17 years with Citicorp. As senior managing director and senior credit officer, he was responsible for the corporate finance business in Japan, Europe and North America. |
