Mr. Solomon practices in the area of taxation, with an emphasis on venture capital and investments, manufacturing, and real estate.
Mr. Solomon has worked extensively with international and multi-state firms providing tax planning and compliance services. He has experience representing clients before the IRS and state jurisdictions.
Mr. Solomon is a member of the board of Chattanooga Tax Practitioners and a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
He has served United Way in the allocations and fund-raising areas. He has also served a committee to promote greenways through conservation easements in the greater Chattanooga area.
Mr. Solomon received a B.S. and master of accountancy from the University of Tennessee. He was awarded a Certified Public Accountant designation in 1992. |
