R. Todd Kenny joined Island Capital at its inception and currently serves as Senior Managing Director in the development group. Mr. Kenny also serves as Executive Vice President of Development for Island Global Yachting Ltd., an affiliate of Island Capital, where he is primarily responsible for marina and related upland real estate design and development. Since joining Island Capital in June of 2003, Mr. Kenny has been primarily responsible for the development of Yacht Haven Grande. Prior to joining IGY, Mr. Kenny was Director of Development for Insignia Development Group and had primary responsibility for project financial management and conceptual planning and structuring of development projects.
His areas of expertise include financial analysis, oversight of the development planning process, financial reporting and oversight of monthly lender/partner draws.
Prior to joining Insignia, Mr. Kenny served as development manager for the Archon Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman, Sachs & Company. At Archon, he played a leading role in the financing, leasing, design, and development of over one million square feet of office space as well as the master planning for various mixed-use development projects.
Mr. Kenny graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.B.A degree in Finance and has completed graduate work at the University of Texas at Dallas. |
