Mr. Wille has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer since rejoining the Company in 2000. He is a seasoned business and financial executive with over 20 year’s experience. Prior to rejoining Unify Mr. Wille served as Senior Vice President of Operations and CFO and Vice President of Finance for FRx Software where he was responsible for corporate marketing client services operations and finance and administration. From 1995 to 1998 Mr. Wille served as Unify’s Vice President of Finance and CFO and before that Corporate Controller where he was responsible for worldwide finance investor relations accounting human resources and co-management of European and Japanese operations. Mr. Wille is a Certified Public Account. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wartburg College in Waverly Iowa with concentrations in Accounting Finance and Management Information Systems. |
