Todd Goluba is a partner in the Pleasanton office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Mr. Goluba represents California public school districts in all aspects of school law. His areas of focus include labor relations, collective bargaining, employee discipline, student issues and board governance issues. Mr. Goluba earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He is admitted to practice before all California courts, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Mr. Goluba frequently performs training sessions for school administrators and board members using a game show format which encourages audience interaction. He has given presentations at the statewide meetings of the California School Boards Association (CSBA), Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) and the California Association of Supervisors of Child Welfare and Attendance (CASCWA). |
