Mr. Weaver is a member of the firm’s Environmental Law Practice Group and his practice covers all aspects of environmental law including advising clients regarding compliance with local, state and federal environmental regulations and statutes, performing due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and environmental litigation. Before joining Sommer Barnard, Mr. Weaver served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Indiana Attorney General’s Office. Prior to that, he was a Law Clerk for both Chief Judge William C. Lee and Magistrate Judge Roger Cosbey in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana, and a Law Clerk to Judge Paul Widick in the Seventh Judicial District of Minnesota. |
