Todd is a Managing Director in the Business Consulting practice with SMART, where he serves as the Practice Lead for Higher Education. He has consulted with numerous colleges and universities and has also held faculty and administrative positions at Penn State University. Todd specializes in ERP implementations, finance and human capital strategy, merger integration, and change management. He has served as the project manager for several large-scale ERP implementations and installed various packaged solutions including Banner, SAP, and Oracle. Todd has also managed several engagements involving the integration of corporate entities as the result of mergers, acquisitions and the design and build of world-class shared service centers. Prior to joining SMART in 2002, Todd spent nearly ten years with the business consulting practice of Arthur Andersen, LLP. |
