Areas of Emphasis and Related Experience. Ms. Livingston is a partner in the Seattle office, where she focuses her practice on the federal income tax aspects of tax-exempt financing. In addition to her extensive experience with tax-exempt finance transactions, Ms. Livingston advises tax-exempt organizations and other entities with respect to compliance with various aspects of federal income tax law. Ms. Livingston’s experience includes reviewing, structuring and advising on tax-exempt financing transactions ranging from $1 million to over $700 million involving governmental, tax-exempt and private business users. Ms. Livingston is also a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Education and Professional Background.
