Mr. Matula has more than twenty-five years experience across a wide range of business disciplines. He began his career as a Financial Advisor for leading financial services companies Shearson Lehman, Smith Barney and Prudential. He then started his own consulting firm in 1995, developing and implementing successful organizational, growth and turnaround strategies for both public and private companies.
Mr. Matula has served on the board of directors of several public companies and has served in wide range of senior executive management positions. His depth of experience and knowledge of Asian business practices has been an invaluable asset in his role as Director and Corporate Secretary for eFoodSafety.com, where he has led the identification and selection of Asian business partners who provide testing services for the company’s products. He is an expert in Sarbanes-Oxley regulatory compliance after earning a Certificate in Corporate Governance from Tulane University Law School. |
