Tim Keenan was appointed general counsel and corporate secretary for H.B. Fuller Company in December 2005. Tim also serves as secretary for the Executive Committee and oversees the Patents department and the corporate Environment, Health & Safety functions.
Keenan joined H.B. Fuller in August 2004 as deputy general counsel and assistant corporate secretary. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller, Keenan served as senior attorney and assistant secretary at International Multifoods Corp. Before that he was an attorney at the Briggs & Morgan law firm in St. Paul, Minn. Keenan has over 20 years of business and corporate law experience.
A native of Davenport, Iowa, Keenan holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., and a doctorate in law from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. |
