~Timothy Helmig serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of Monday Properties. He joined the company in 2005. Mr. Helmig heads the company’s Washington, D.C., office and directs Monday Properties’ management and leasing activities for that market. Within the greater Washington, D.C. market, he is responsible for major leasing transactions, identifying new investment opportunities and formulating the strategic business plan for the company’s operating portfolio. Prior to joining Monday Properties, Mr. Helmig was a partner at Westfield Realty Inc., producing nearly $1 billion in transactions over a period of 10 years. Earlier, he worked with JBG Companies, where he was responsible for a third-party management and leasing assignment comprising 6 million square feet. Mr. Helmig is a graduate of American University. |
