Timothy Bossy, 45, is responsible for the land acquisition activities for Mid-America Development Partners, LLC (Mid Am), and also is involved in leasing and entitlement efforts. He has been with Mid Am since 2003. Since joining Mid Am, he has been involved in the acquisition of more than 1,500 acres of vacant land.Bossy came to Mid Am after 15 years of tenant representation work at Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, which he joined in 1987, working for major clients, such as Toys 'R' Us and MicroCenter. In the course of his career to date, he has been involved in leases in excess of 1,5 million square feet of retail space.A native of Montreal, Quebec, Bossy studied economics at McGill University before moving to Chicago to work with his brother, David Bossy, at Mid-America Real Estate. He currently lives in Burr Ridge, Ill., with his wife, Donna, and their two children, and volunteers as a coach in youth hockey. |
